The tips are backed by really clear explanations
posted this review on September 3, 2013

The tips are great and they’re backed by detailed explanations. Like other commenters here, I think this is better for prevention than cure. I’ve seen a lot of similar stuff before, but this one seems more scientific than others. Also, this is for general health. It’s not made for just one sickness. You can use it to strengthen your body in general. Since these are all natural methods, I don’t think this will cause any problems to those on special programs like for diabetics like myself. But for those with allergies, I think it’s important to get in touch with your doctor before trying out something like this.

A few months ago, my mom was diagnosed with breast cancer. Luckily, she was still in the early stages and we found a wonderful open-minded doctor to work with. She was put on the usual cancer treatment, and then I put her on the natural body strengthening plan on this book. I showed the doctor a printed copy of The X-Factor Revolution. He reviewed it and told me that there shouldn’t be any problem using it for it might actually help, but that we couldn’t drop the cancer treatment plan. So right now, my mom is doing really well and she’s been recovering faster than most other patients (according to the doctor). He thinks that mom’s natural treatment plan is really working wonders. He also said that some patients have naturopathic doctors they’re working with, but we got one effective treatment plan from this book for a fraction of the cost, which is great because we’re really being sucked dry by mom’s sickness. But in spite of the amazing effects on my mom, I don’t think this is something that can replace modern medicine. It’s probably more effective as a disease prevention method, but as a cure, I don’t think this alone will work.

These are extra health precautions that I'd be glad to take

Whether or not the X-factor theory is true, I would like to follow the tips on this book for a healthier and disease-free life. The X-Factor Revolution has very practical health-boosting tips anyway, so it’s not difficult to follow them. I am not noticing any changes as of the moment, but I hope to notice the promised improvements in a few weeks or months. It’s not a bad thing to be extra cautious when it comes to health.

I like the information here

I like the information on this book. I’ve been following the health tips here for months, and I’ve been observing myself. It seems like the tips here really help. I feel healthier and more energetic most of the time now that I’m following the tips here. There are just some vague information here I hope the writer clarified, but it’s all in all a good guide and a great concept.

It's bit lacking, but I like the information behind it
Clyde Valles (from Hoboken, USA) posted this review on June 16, 2013

It would have been better if the author linked the actual studies where he got this from. It’s informative, and I do believe everything he stated in the book, but there are some I’d like some clarification on. I would have also wanted to see more real life examples of people who have improved their health through the X-Factor. My wife and I are doing this little experiment now to see how this affects our health before we incorporate it into the lifestyle of our children.

A unique approach

The X-Factor Revolution has a very unique approach to health and fitness. It’s got only a few key points to remember, but I’m already feeling healthier because of them.

I cannot make medical claims, but this seems real
posted this review on April 25, 2013

The X-Factor is impressive. The research they did to backup the claims is very extensive. I am not sure where this information originated, but certainly not original to this. I’m striving to live my life based on the lifestyle suggestions in this book. The adjustments I need to make are a little extreme as I used to be a heavy drinker, smoker, and I used to not care what happens to my health. But recently I’ve suffered from gouts and high blood sugar. My doc said it could lead to diabetes if I don’t give it enough attention. I also have high cholesterol, which could lead to stroke. The way my doctor said everything I really felt like I was gonna die young. I’ve been on this healthy X-factor way of living for 3 months now. I had my cholesterol, blood sugar, and uric levels checked a few days ago, and they’ve lowered. They’re not at the normal level yet, but they’re significantly lower than before. My blood sugar is almost normal. I think the X-factor way of life is working. I just need to stick to it to maintain its effects.

It's a very unique approach

The X-Factor Revolution has a unique approach on health and fitness. I’ve noticed a lot of positive changes on my body since trying this out. I’ve become more energetic, and my arthritis has toned down. It’s not completely gone yet, but it attacks less often now. Another thing that I noticed in my body is that I’m losing weight. I don’t know if this is just a placebo effect, but I’ve already lost 3 inches off my waistline since following the nutritional advice here. This might help people who have been trying really hard to lose weight but aren’t seeing results. I hope this method really helps destroy cancer cells. That’s been one of my greatest fears because my dad and uncle died of cancer. I’m now putting my kids into this safe nutritional plan, and I’m observing how they react to it.

This is good information, but definitely not originally from the
posted this review on March 8, 2013

I doubt this information is unique. There are a lot of resources on the internet that do not explain exactly what they are about. I could reveal here now what the x-factor is but that won’t be very nice for the author. This is a good book, well-written and presented, so I won’t do that. My only concern is that the information here is definitely not the author’s own. I’ve been following the advice though, and incorporating the x-factor to my diet, and seeing results on how I combat diseases, fight stress and stuff like that. I think it’s not placebo because I’ve used other health books before and diet programs that are supposed to boost your immune system (I was very sickly before, since I was a kid), but this is the only thing that made me feel this way. If placebo works for me, the others should have had the same effect, but no.

All in all, I find the information here helpful, but I’m pretty sure this kind of information is something you will find in other mysterious health books too. So I’m taking some stars away for originality and uniqueness. That should be fair enough

The best way to be healthy
Desmond S. (from Waretown, USA) posted this review on February 28, 2013

I believe in The X-Factor Revolution 100%. I felt the changes in me after 3 weeks of applying the information here on my everyday life. My blood pressure used to shoot up every now and then. I have a very stressful job, and just before the deadline, my blood pressure would go crazy. The office doctor gave me a lot of medicines to take, and gave me some tips to get healthy again, but none of his methods worked on me. The X-Factor Revolution changed everything. After just 3 weeks of putting this stuff into play, I felt my body surging with energy. Also, I noticed that my blood pressure doesn’t go berserk anymore when I’m faced with the deadline. I’ve really changed a lot because of The X-Factor Revolution. I feel 10 years younger now because of this. My mood has also changed probably because I don’t feel a lot of pains on my body anymore. My wife says this could just be a placebo effect. But the medical tests prove otherwise. My blood pressure has remained calm throughout, my cholesterol and blood sugar levels are good too. I think this is really the best way to maintain health.

It successfully lowered my blood sugar in 2 months
Kelly Prag (from Wrightsville, USA) posted this review on February 24, 2013

The X-Factor Revolution is something that’s worth reading for all health buffs out there. It’s not scientifically accepted yet, but it’s a natural health program, so I don’t think there will be anything wrong if you give it a chance. You can learn a lot from this program about the human body, so you know how to stay healthy. My family has a long list of illnesses from both my mom and dad’s side so I’m serious about taking care of my health. My blood sugar was high before I started taking the “x-factor” seriously. After 2 months on this program, and my blood sugar went back to safe levels. It’s surprising. I’m now confident that The X-Factor Revolution can also do a lot for other illnesses. I am very hopeful that this can lower my risk of getting heart disease and cancer.

I'm having less gout attacks and better energy level
posted this review on November 8, 2012

I like the information in here because it’s supported with scientific and logical evidence and facts. We’ll never know for sure, but since incorporating practices that help me gain the “x-factor” I’ve had less moody, lethargic days, and my gout seems to have gotten better too. I don’t know if it’s all in the mind, but as long as it keeps me away from gout it’s good enough for me.

A review based on my experience
posted this review on November 5, 2012

This is unique information, and I think the theories presented here are true. This is just based on my personal experience. I don’t have knowledge in science, nor do I have a background in nutrition. These are just personal observations from using the product myself.

I’ve been sickly since I was a child. My doctor said back in high school that I’ve a weak immune system, and I was given supplements to boost it. I took the supplements religiously until college, but when I started working, I stopped taking them because I’m aging, and I was scared that it would have adverse effects on other body organs. I started getting colds and cough every now and then, and I was always tried after being off the supplements.

After following the tips in The X-Factor Revolution: Natures Missing Link to a Disease-Free Life, I got a lot better on the first month. I still get colds frequently, but not as bad as before. Now 4 months after, I’m feeling better than ever. I feel 10 years younger, and I can already try a lot of rough activities without worrying about my health. I haven’t had colds for 3 months straight, and my energy skyrocketed because of the program.

This program has my full confidence, even if I’ve no knowledge in science at all. I think I’m living proof that the x-factor works.

Im following the methods in here
posted this review on October 12, 2012

I don’t know for sure if the theories in this book are100% accurate, but whether or not they are, I still think it’s a pretty good buy. And for the price, there’s really nothing more I can ask for. The methods are also clearly laid out, and they’re not that difficult to follow so I just add them to my routine. I think these lifestyle changes will be helpful for me in the long run, whether or not the x-factor is as effective as the book states.

Worth spending for
Maurice Roth (from Yadkinville, USA) posted this review on September 30, 2012

I find this a good source of information for those who are conscious about their health. I came from a family with a long list of hereditary diseases, so I wanted to find the best ways to safeguard my family from them. Spending a few dollars for helpful information seems like a smart thing to do. I’ve purchased a lot of health and wellness books from the Internet, so I pretty much have an idea as to which ones are well-researched and which ones are rehashed, this one falls in the first category. Another thing that I like about this is that it covers most diseases known to man, especially ones that are difficult to cure like cancer. There are plenty of books out there that target only certain parts of the body, and certain diseases, but this one deals with all, so I think you get the most value out of your money from it.

There isn’t a one size fits all when it comes to health care, but based on my experience in reading health and wellness books, this is among the ones that are worth buying.

I like this...
posted this review on September 27, 2012

I find this book very informative. It’s a unique health book, so you’re sure you’re not getting another rehashed resource. I’m now trying out the health preservation techniques in this book, and they seem sensible enough for me. I can’t really say at this point whether or not it prevents diseases like cancer and stuff, but based on the explanations, I think it does.

The kind of information you won't find anywhere else
posted this review on September 26, 2012

I read this book out of curiosity and I’d say it contains unique information. I’m sure this in-depth research is something you haven’t read about anywhere else. I’ve read a number of resources on health because I’m taking up a short course on nutrition, and this is one that is worth buying. Some other resources contain almost the same information, so it’s a waste buying all of them. Others can be found for free. This one has information that you won’t see and understand completely anywhere else. It talks about the X-factor and so many different ways to acquire it and use it as your body’s defense  against diseases. For me that’s worth paying 30 bucks for.

Vitamin K2  is what they are
posted this review on June 1, 2012

Vitamin K2  is what they are referring to I believe. I did some research on it and there are a few forms of vitamin K and I believe the "missing" vitamin referred to in the book seems to be described if you google vitamin K2. I thinks its rediculous that they make people pay $30 dollars when they could just say what it is if they are REALLY trying to save lives....

A must-read for Baby Boomers and Beyond

I am a huge fan of cutting-edge information that is not only useful but easy- to- implement. This book provides great benefit to anyone's health/wellness and longevity program. A must-read for Baby Boomers and beyond!
