The best way to feed your family good food

It is hard to go on a diet, especially a strict one, if you have work and children to think about. Preparing meals is too time-consuming. I first went on a diet after giving birth to my first child, Martin. I gained so much weight then that I got mild depression. I felt so ugly. It was like my thighs were too big, my stomach was bulging. It was crazy! I was crying at night, and my husband got really worried. He offered to enroll me in an expensive health club, but I turned it down because I really couldn’t face people with my new weight. I also tried taking weight loss pills, but they only aggravated my condition. The only thing that worked for me was this way of dieting. It took a lot of self-control, and I had so many heartbreaks throughout the journey, but my loved ones were very supportive of me. My sister even came over every now and then to help out with preparing the food. The thing about this is that it’s easier than most other diet programs. It’s so simple because you don’t need to spend too much time preparing your food. You can work on them whenever you have free time and still get the results that you want. The guide is even practical even when you’re not dieting, and you just want to ensure good nutrition for your family. I have learned so much through this course and that’s why I’m recommending it to all families. You will surely save a lot of time here, and you’d always be feeding your family good food once you learn this!

It's the perfect kind of weight loss

I love The Easy Does It Diet because it really does it for me, and it’s really easy too. I’m so busy so I can’t cook my own meals every single day. Grocery shopping is also something I should be able to do in just an hour. I also have 2 kids to think about when I’m doing my shopping and my cooking. Their nutrition comes before my trying to lose weight. I used to want to lose weight in any way possible. I didn’t care about my health or what I got into my body as long as I lose weight. But after a kidney problem which was caused by my really really high protein diet, I started being more conscious of what I eat, and how I lose weight. The Easy Does It Diet was recommended by my friend, who’s a nurse. She used then when she was getting rid of her postnatal fat, and it worked for her. She also had a good weight loss, the kind that didn’t dry her out, and until now, she’s still into healthy eating.

After 3 months on The Easy Does It Diet, I’ve already lost 28 lbs. That is without workout. It’s purely out of dieting. I also feel more energized these days, probably because of the proper nutrition I’m getting from this program.

This made weight loss possible for me. I’m a very busy mom. I can’t just run to the grocery to buy fresh diet food from time to time. It’s also impossible for me to keep preparing my diet food on top of my husband and kids’ food. I needed to have a way to prepare my diet food in just minutes, and this is what I found. I am soooo happy because the recipes here are delicious and easy to prepare. I just prepare everything when I have some free time, and then freeze them. I can reheat them in minutes, and enjoy the meal with my family. I’ve lost 20lbs. because of this, and that’s without exercise yet. I’ve been recommending this to my friends and everyone who wants to lose weight. This will also be perfect for busy yuppies who are dying to shed off pounds without hitting the gym.

The Easy Does It Diet is indeed probably one of the easiest diet programs around. It’s easy to prepare meals, it’s easy to stick to the diet, and it’s easy to lose weight. You don’t have to bother with expensive recipes and hard to prepare meals anymore. The Easy Does It Diet may not be as quick as other fad diets but it’s sustainable because it’s simple and it’s not too restrictive, and the preparation time isn’t too much, so even when you’re busy with work you will be able to stick to your diet. With The Easy Does It Diet there’s really no excuse anymore why you can’t go on a diet.

I think the real reason why most of my diet attempts failed in the past is because they were all too difficult and restrictive. The rebel in me finds it difficult to stick to diet programs that are so much like torture. With The Easy Does It Diet I get to lose weight without feeling like I’m dieting at all. It’s more sustainable that way. Another thing that makes this better than other diet programs is that it promotes good nutrition. It’s a healthy diet program. The downside to it being healthy is that it’s not as quick as crash dieting. That’s fine with me, but it might be a negative for those who want a faster way to lose weight.

Makes you look good through being healthy

This book helped me transition from my junk diet to a healthy one. The starter recipes are delicious and easy to prepare. I live alone in the apartment, and before, I used to run to the fast food for lunch and dinner, but when I started gaining weight, that’s when I decided to start eating healthy. This diet will make you lose weight through healthy ways. It’s the first step to losing weight permanently. It’s not like crash diets that will make you so unhealthy that you start losing weight in a way that makes you look dead. This one is different, though it’s not as quick as crash diets, it’s permanent and sustainable weight loss. The kind that will really make people say, “wow you look good!” Believe me, I got so many compliments after being on this program. It’s not just the weight loss part, you also get that healthy glow you only get when you’re, well, healthy!

Not as restrictive as other diets

I really wanted to lose weight before, but I didn’t have the discipline needed to be on restrictive diets. I’d start sometimes, but then end up quitting, even if I’m seeing results. This diet has been the only one that worked for me. I’ve lost 30lbs since I’ve been on it. It’s not as quick as other diets out there, but the important thing is that it’s not much of a torture. The foods are delicious, and you do not starve! That’s the important thing. I’m maintaining this slow and steady weight loss until I reach my target weight.


It's really easy!

I would think that anybody and everybody could and should use this in their weight-loss attempts. I love that Jonni has made everything SO EASY! That's the biggest thing most people want today! It also helps us get rid of our food addictions in an easier way. That's another biggie! Great idea, great writing, great recipes.....great book!


Successful plan with complete instructions on how to succeed.

There is one area of my life that I am not frugal in, but have never felt I had a choice - dieting. That changed when I stumbled upon the ebook Easy Does it Diet written by Jonni Good. Upon reading this book I discovered that the Easy Does It Diet is so much more than a list of recipes and foods to say no to. It is a well thought out, successful plan with complete instructions on how to succeed. In addition, it is written in a very easy to read style that was extremely enjoyable. Best of all, it uses one of my all time favorite cooking techniques - once a month cooking.
