My health was terrible before I found this. I was drinking and smoking a lot, and I was really in a bad situation. My wife was always telling me to quit fooling around with my health because I married at the age of 34 and have 3 kids. She told me I might not live long enough to see our children graduate from college. I didn’t listen to her and just kept on doing what I wanted to do and eating what I wanted to eat. Then one summer I got a kidney problem, and I thought it was gonna be the end of me. It was terrible., and I had to stay in the hospital for almost a month. My wife was so angry at me and she said I’d have to take better care of my health or she’d leave. I tried sticking to a healthier diet, but it was like torture for me. I was always cranky, and it affected my mental health a lot. In the office, I still smoked and drank, and I still ate whatever I wanted. At home, I pretended to be health conscious to please my wife. I lost so much weight then and felt terrible. I was always out of energy.

My friend recommended Five Rituals to me because he said it’s healing that comes from the inside, so there won’t be any difficulties adjusting mentally and emotionally and everything’s just supposed to come naturally. So I gave this baby a shot, and I got exactly what I wanted from it. I am slowly recovering my health now. I feel more energetic and more alive! It’s totally worth everything I had to sacrifice for it. You just forget about all the stupid vices when you start feeling the effects of a healthy lifestyle.

After turning 40, all sorts of diseases were detected in my body. The doctor said I have high blood sugar, although not a diabetic yet. They also said that I have high blood pressure and high cholesterol level. Everything was high except for my self-esteem. I began feeling low because my face showed too many signs of stress and aging. I was scared to meet up with old friends because they would surely wonder what happened to one of the most popular girls in class before. Up to college, I was one of the prettiest girls in class. But since I aged, whenever I looked at the mirror, I felt like everything was just a distant dream, and I was never that young and vibrant pixie everyone wanted to date back then. While I was searching for some ideas to get better skin and become more energetic, I chanced upon this product on a blog, and I thought it was exactly what I needed. I badly needed something that will help me regain at least a quarter of the youth I had back then. I started doing the rituals right away and following other ideas here. Everything is so easy to follow here. The rituals are very simple movements that you can do no matter what fitness level you’re currently in. I felt the change about a week after getting started on the rituals. They’re quite addictive and they give you a burst of energy that you just have to find something to do right away. I am definitely feeling much younger because of this guide. I am still a long way from the beauty I was before, but I also noticed fewer wrinkles, a more vibrant skin, and generally, a feeling of youth. I would recommend Five Rituals to anyone who wants to be more vibrant and more youthful through simple exercises.

At 53, I’m still interested in finding the fountain of youth. I eat healthy and exercise regularly. I also make sure that I keep my mind active by joining book clubs and other thinkers’ organizations. But wellness isn’t just about the mind and the body. You need to go deeper within yourself and your spirituality if you truly want to “build” the fountain of youth inside you. Five Rituals taught me that just like happiness wellness cannot be found, rather it is created. It’s something that you actively work on. The benefits are great! I’ve changed so much since I’ve found The Five Rituals. I feel like a different person now, overflowing with positivity, love for others love for nature, inner peace, and a lot more. My friends always tell me that I look so pleasant, like I don’t have any problems at all. I’m confident that Five Rituals helped me a lot in achieving this.

My grandma was a frequent traveler when she was younger and she’s been to Tibet and China. She’s seen a lot of Buddhists who seem younger than their age. After following a lot of their teachings, my grandma felt like her aging slowed down. She’s 73 years old now but still quite strong. I checked out five rituals because of my grandma’s stories. I’m quite pleased with it. I think it’s going to help with relaxation and stress reduction. I’m not sure, though, how helpful it will be for stopping aging, but I still recommend checking this out because of the unique info it’s got.

I agree that this book works so well. You just have to practice them religiously everyday. The results are worth the effort in the end. I’ve been playing around with the rituals sine I got this book, and I gotta say they’ve made significant changes to my body. I now feel more limber, my skin looks better, and my hair is no longer falling off. I’m 43 yrs. old and even my sex drive has gone back to when I was in my 20s. Also, I’m packing on a bit of weight again, after being all skin and bones because of pneumonia last year. I generally feel healthier all over, and my aches and pains have been driven away by the rituals. I’ll continue doing the rituals to see how far they will get me. I think they have so much more power I haven’t explored yet.

A unique health book

This book is too short for $39.95, but the information is great. I’ve been doing research on Tibetan monks for a long time, but I have never read about the information I got here. I initially thought it was something supernatural since I didn’t read the sales page well. I was surprised to see that it’s about becoming healthier and feeling better. I decided to follow the methods here anyway, since I already paid for the book. They’ve been effective in making me feel younger, I feel like I’m back in my 20s. I am more energetic and more positive about life. My beer belly has also shrunk a bit.I didn’t know simple changes in diet and physical activities can have this much effect.

This book won’t be interesting for those who are into stuff about Tibetan monks, but it will surely be useful for people who want to improve their health and those who want to lose a bit of weight. I didn’t regret making the mistake of buying this book.
