Doesn't disrupt work and helps relieve stress
You wouldn’t even realize this is running on your computer, so it doesn’t disrupt work. I just noticed that I didn’t get all stressed out, moody and cranky while working the first day I had this installed, so I just kept it sitting there. Soon, after about a month, people started commenting on how pleasant I am and how happy I seem to be. This probably works that quickly!
