The result was a bit unexpected
What I like best from here are the techniques on how to feel good instantly. I got to clear my head because of those techniques, and when I was able to see clearly, I was able to make better decisions, and I decided that I didn’t want him back. I dropped the entire idea of trying to win him back. The pain was gone, and the interest went away shortly after. I’d say this helped me in an unexpected way!
