The program is of really high quality

Twice the Speed is a high-quality program I never thought I’d get from the Internet. It’s the best I got for speed improvement. I am a basketball player in school and speed training isn’t given much focus in our training program. What we have is a just a simple training plan for shooting and all basketball-related stuff. We don’t get much time to practice because basketball isn’t the main sport in our school. But with Twice the Speed, I can do speed training on my own. My improvement has been so significant that our trainer and coach has commented on it. He said since my speed got better, my play also improved significantly. I feel like I’ve found the key to being a basketball great.

Twice the Speed is an awesome program! It’s definitely helped me improve my speed in no time. I love the program and I definitely recommend it to others who want to improve their speed too. With a bit of discipline, you should see results in just a few months of using this program.

It did make me faster despite my bulk

Speed is an important factor for any sport. I play baseball, and I really wanted to improve my speed for my dash. My coach kept telling me that it’s one of my biggest weaknesses, so I had to have a speed-specific training program. I’m a bit on the heavier side. One look at me and you’d think I’m playing football and not baseball. That’s one reason why it takes extra hard work for me to move as fast as smaller players. With Twice The Speed, I learned techniques. This isn’t just about improving your body’s capacity, it’s also about the techniques that you can use to achieve max speed all the time. It takes a lot of hard work and practice, but I think that with a program such as this one, I’m achieving results faster than I normally would if I relied on conventional programs alone. My coach has commented on how much my dash has improved, and I think I owe it all to this system. I’ve already shared my amazing discovery with the rest of the team, and I hope they’d incorporate this into our usual training. I’m sure this will help the overall improvement of the team in the long run.

I reinvented my workout program for this

Twice the Speed made me reinvent my entire workout program. It’s more focused on speed now. I used to focus on strength and power before, but I’m leaning more into soccer now, so I want speed better than anything else. I’ve got a bulky buddy, so I guess achieving speed will take quite a lot of work, but Twice the Speed has been really helpful and I’m seeing some results now in my running and reflexes. I’m planning to train hard as I can using this program and start looking for a soccer team to adopt me.

My speed has increased significantly through Twice the Speed’s program and hard work of course. It’s different from the workout and training programs I got from my coach before when I was still playing baseball with a team. Twice the Speed is a unique and strategic way to boost your athletic performance. I strongly recommend this if you’re willing to work hard to achieve your goals. The workouts aren’t easy, but they’re worth every drop of sweat.

No ordinary workout program

Twice the speed is great for improving your jump and your speed. Basically, overall performance will improve with this whatever sport it is you’re playing. It works on the basic skills that you need to improve to make your performance better. I play basketball and football so I can really maximize this program. Those others who play multiple sports should definitely try this too. This is no ordinary workout program.

It really doubled my speed

This really doubled my speed. It didn’t do much for my endurance though. It would have been better if endurance was also put into consideration, so I can train both speed and endurance at the same time.

This is definitely useful for almost any sport

If you’re going for speed just add a bit of discipline to Twice the Speed program and you will see improvements in a month. You really have to push yourself though. This is useful for many kinds of sports and for practical uses too. I box, and speed is an important skill in this sport. Since using Twice the Speed, they’ve nicknamed me “The Flash” that’s an awesome achievement for me.

I gained speed without sacrificing my bulk

Twice the Speed is an effective training program. I play a lot of sports including soccer and basketball. My speed has always been my weakness. I’m a bit on the heavy side, so my size slows me down. When I  started training with Twice the Speed, I thought I’d need to lose some of the bulk to become faster, but I didn’t have to do it. I was able to gain speed through the drills here without losing some of my muscles. That’s great because I can retain the power while also improving my speed. I think it’s pretty unusual for someone as big as me to be this fast, and I mean I’m really fast now. My buddies got surprised with my improvement. I used to be the slowest in our soccer team, but now I’m 3rd to the fastest, and those 2 really fast guys are a lot smaller than me. You don’t need to go to the gym to train using this program. You can train at home. I suggest tracking your progress from time to time, and seeing if you’re improving. Since you will be working alone, you might be making mistakes that will be hard to recognize if you don’t check out your progress from time to time.

Really impressive training program

I like the drills in Twice the Speed. Jack Cascio has obviously studied this factor in an athlete’s performance, and he knows what an athlete wants from a training program. I was surprised when I saw the quality of the program. It’s a real program for real athletes. Unlike others that are made for beginners. If you play any kind of sport, you’ll surely find some good uses for this program.

Not just your average training program

I play soccer so speed is really important. I think it’s important in all sports, but it]s more important in my sport. You really need to be fast, agile, and your stamina should be really high. I get the speed and agility I need from Twice the Speed. It’s not just your average training program because it really focuses on making you a lot faster. I’ve become so much faster because of this, and even my buddies in the soccer club in our community were surprised the last time we played. These is definitely a carefully crafted program.

Gave me an idea of the exact path I need to follow...

Even after a great freshman year of football I was still a little disappointed. I loved my coaches and my team, but my ultimate goal was to play varsity as a freshman. That didn't happen. So I made it a goal that I would not only be the fastest player in the school as a Sophomore, but I wanted to be the fastest player in the entire conference. I started back in November with The Twice The Speed Training System and took my 40 from a 4.79 to a 4.47 in just 3 months. I honestly feel like an entirely new athlete. Jack's system enabled me to break 3 varsity track records as a Freshman, and won me 3 awards at my last football combine (Combine MVP, Running Back Award, and Fastest Man). Having Jack Cascio as my trainer/mentor has given me an idea of the exact path I need to follow in order to get to my ultimate goal: The NFL! I owe it all to Jack Cascio and Twice The Speed and will continue his workouts for my next 3 years of high school.

Training with Jack Cascio and Twice The Speed has opened up new doors for my athletic career. I was a left fielder my last two years of high school and was always pretty fast. I attended various showcases where MLB scouts told me I needed to improve my speed to play at that high of a level after high school. Last year I was invited to a showcase in Florida with 50 or so other top players in the US. I ran a 7.01. This was pretty good, but I was still not satisfied. This is when I sought out to increase my speed. I can't explain how much I love going to showcases now that I know I am one of the fastest. The best feeling I have had as an athlete was at my last showcase when a scout pulled me aside after I ran and said, "way to move kid, you will make a lot of money in this game one day". I will continue with the Twice The Speed System and am hoping to run a 6.4 by the 2012 MLB draft.
