Shocking yet effective

This is indeed shocking and for some time it was hard for me to believe it, but when I thought things over and questioned why after all those years of doing cardio, I was still fat, I decided to give the program a try. Indeed, I got so much great results from Turbulence Training. I now recommend this highly to people who ask me how I lost weight so quickly, and why my body looks so toned after just a short time.

Amazing workout program!

My ex-trainer told me before that if I did weights, or any other kind of workout that does not involve cardio, I would build muscles and look manly. I believed that and for a long time, I relied on cardio for weight loss. However, I hated the way it made my body look saggy and unhealthy. My face sunk and I also didn’t feel too great about myself and my energy level. The cardio-based workout program he gave me completely depleted me. When I stopped going to the gym, I gained back most of the weight I lost through the cardio program. I was devastated and disappointed because after all the hard work, I was back where I started. And then I met a new neighbor who was Craig’s personal client before. She told me about Craig’s program, and that I could get it from the Internet. I was skeptical at first, but just had to try because she looked awesome. She was burning hot while I was just there gaping at her looking like a burned out mom of 10. In fact, she has 3 kids while I’m still single. When I tried Turbulence Training, I felt amazing because the workouts are short, yet energizing. I used to go to the gym at night after work because I didn’t want to be sluggish at work. But with Turbulence Training, I prefer to train in the morning to get my energy revved up for the entire day. The results on my body are also amazing! I look so much better now, and it’s just about 2 months since I started the program. Craig is amazing and Turbulence Training  is definitely an amazing program!

It's the healthiest way to lose fat

When I found out that this workout program doesn’t have much cardio in it, I was sold. My old gym instructor pounded me with so much cardio that I really got bored with it and I also realized how ineffective it is. I was on that 90% cardio 10% strength training for almost 3 months, with little results. I also noticed that my skin sagged and my face looked hollow. I knew I wasn’t losing weight the healthy way. Before the end of the third month, I just disappeared from the gym and never returned.

Turbulence Training came after I’ve regained most of the weight I lose in the gym. I really researched on the internet to get a hold of a program as effective as this. I had a lot of things in mind while choosing the right program, and this hit most of those in my checklist.

It’s been three months since I started with Turbulence training, and I’m loving the results so far. I’ve lost a lot of fat, and am gaining some muscles on my arms, so I don’t worry about bat wings anymore. My face sagged a bit because I went on a special diet, but other than that, I’m doing well with this healthy fat loss/workout program.

Burns fat, not muscle

Turbulence Training will surely help you squeeze the fat out of your body so your lean and ripped muscles can take center stage. I tried this because I needed a system that will allow me to workout without going to the gym. The gym is a good 30 minute drive from my home, and  a working family man can’t  afford that much time. Also, I don’t like dressing up for the gym, and I don’t like getting disturbed by people who want to lessen their gym boredom. I want my workouts to be quick and intense. Turbulence Training seemed to have it all. The biggest thing about this is that it doesn’t burn muscle, so as you lose fat, your muscles will grow bigger. I’m not a fitness expert so I don’t know how Craig’s program managed to do that, but yeah, as long as I’m seeing the results and my shirts are feeling the results, then I’m gonna endorse it.

If you have special health conditions like heart problems and stuff, you might want to check with your doctor first because the workout is very intense.

Unique workout program

I realized that I won’t be getting the results I wanted from my old training system, so I started looking for alternative workout programs. This is the first one I found, and although I do not have any idea who Craig Ballantyne is, I gave it a try because of the positive reviews. I didn’t regret that. The first time I tried this system, I was shocked with how different it is from the ones I normally use at the gym. It’s  got unique combinations of weights and reps that I’ve never tried before with my trainer. After three months of being on this program, he changes in my body were surprising! Those guys I used to be with under the same trainer were surprised. I’m staying with this program until I get the kind of body I want, and then I’ll move on to maintenance program after.

I can't believe I'm being trained by Craig...

Nothing beats this system from Craig! I am a fan of lifting heavy weights with less reps, so this is perfect for me. The moment I got into this program, I fired my trainer. I’m now relying solely on Craig’s guidance. In fact, I’ve emailed him questions twice, and he responded promptly with detailed answers. Talk about value for my money!

I purchased Turbulence Training and...

...have been using it for about 6 weeks now. Along with the workouts and all the nutritional information I have reached my lowest weight yet and more importantly I didn't starve or over work myself. Working opposing muscle groups is what my body needed and it is responding well. I can now do 10 pushups on my toes for each set and I have noticed muscle development in my chest which I could not get before TT. At 46 years old I feel that I can reach a level of fitness that I didn't think was possible and I don't have to be a slave to working out.
