Too much carbs

Recipes with 10 carbs or less = 19; 11-20 carbs = 28; 21 and more = 31.  I don't see how this fat burning will work unless you are obese.  Eating that amount of carbs just on dessert doesn't leave any carbs for proper meals.

I would like to thank the dessert angel for making my diet so much easier for me. The Dessert Angel Heavenly Recipe Guide is very easy to follow, and it’s got amazing recipes that are so delicious. This may be a diet cookbook but it’s one of my favorites. If not for this, it would be terribly difficult for me to go on a diet because of my sweet tooth. I am so lucky that I found The Dessert Angel Heavenly Recipe Guide. I have also improvised on the recipes, and created my own based on the dessert angels basic instructions. The alternative ingredients are great and they help me have delicious desserts with low calories.

There isn’t much variety here so I had to buy other healthy dessert cookbooks from this website to have a larger collection. I’m glad they’re all different from each other. My number one concern back then was that I might have repeating recipes from the 3 books that I have, but they’re all completely unique so now I’m pretty happy with my library. I love all the recipes here and how they are presented. I love the photos, the instructions, everything’s great. The only reason why this isn’t getting a perfect score from me is because it’s got too few recipes for me. I have a lot of cookbooks at home so I know what the average count should be and this has fewer recipes than average.

The recipes here are excellent!

I only serve healthy desserts for my family now that I’ve learned about this. My father was diagnosed with diabetes 2 years ago, and he’s been on a strict diet since then. I also decided to put the kids on a healthy diet but I feel sorry for them that they’re being deprived of sweets. The Dessert Angel Heavenly Recipe Guide helps me keep them on a healthy diet while letting them enjoy their favorite foods too.

I’m not sure about the fat burning thing, but The Dessert Angel Heavenly Recipe Guide sure has a lot of delicious recipes that have low calories and sugar content. I’m trying to lose weight because I gained so much after giving birth to my first baby. I was always fit before so I’m not used to watching what I eat. I always crave sweets so every time I got free tie, I bake some of the sweets here. They’re delicious, depends on how you make them of course, but the recipes are unique and really tasty if you do them right. I really hope these sweets can help burn belly fat because I eat a lot of them. I bake almost 3 times a week so that’s a lot. if this truly helps burn belly fat, I think I’d have a flat tummy in just a few months. Anyway, go ahead and try it if you love sweets. Whether or not it burns fat, it’s still better than settling for ordinary sweets that are sooo bad for the health. But I think it’s still important to watch your portions here. They still got some calories in them for sure.

The Dessert Angel Heavenly Recipe Guide is packed with the best dessert recipes that are actually great for dieters and diabetics. I’ve been trying to lose weight after giving birth, so I recently had a big haul of diet books and diet cookbooks. This is one of those I bought. There are a lot of recipes here, and the ingredients are unique too. At first, I thought it would be difficult for me to find those healthy ingredients, but after a quick trip to the supermarket, I found them all. They’ve been there all the while, I just failed to notice them. I’ve already tried a few recipes here, and they’re yummy! There are some differences from the usual recipes, but the taste is great! It’s a different kind of sweetness, but nothing that puts me off, or it could be just in my mind since I know that I didn’t use sugar for them. The cheesecake here is heavenly! It’s like gourmet cheesecake, but of course, healthier. As for the fat burning qualities of these desserts, I’m really not sure yet. I don’t think it burns fat, prevents maybe, but not burn. I’m not sure though. I have to see in the coming days whether or not I will see bigger changes when I step on the weighing scale.

Most of the recipes I learned from The Dessert Angel Heavenly Recipe Guide  are soooo delicious. There are some that are so-so, but most of them area very good for everyday desserts. My husband and I are both trying to lose weight, so we were told to skip dessert, but now we don’t have to do that. The sweets here are low in calories, so there’ really no problem eating them. Preparation time varies, as well as the difficulty level of each recipe, but they’re all fairly easy.

This healthy dessert cookbook is my top pick among those that I’ve gotten online. The recipes are more delicious and unique. You also don’t have to worry bout the ingredients because theyre really easy to find. My children love sweets but their dad always tell them not to eat too much because his dad died of diabetes. He also orders me not to prepare or buy much sweet food for the kids. I found out online that there are ways to be able to make sweets without causing the blood sugar to spike. And so when I found this on dp-db I got it right away. I also got some other books you’ll probably see on the bottom of this page. This is better than others. There’s also a bonus for me because some of the recipes here apparently help you burn fat at a faster rate. If you got high blood sugar or you simply want to lose weight this will help.

It’s comforting to know that I can be on a healthy diet and still be able to eat sweets, and bake as well. I love baking, so this book is definitely heaven-sent for me. The family on the other hand loves eating these sweets. There’s a history of diabetes in the family so we used to avoid eating anything sweet before, but now we can enjoy them whenever we want. It’s awesome.

I super love the cheesecake I learned from this book. It’s so sweet, and creamy. It’s perfect you wouldn’t even realize you’re eating healthy sweets. You’re not gonna be using unhealthy artificial sweeteners here unlike with other cookbooks. The puddings and the pies are soooo heavenly. The family loves them! There are also recipes here for special needs like if you’re on a gluten-free diet, or if you’re vegan. You get some recipes that are great for people with allergies too. The recipes are about 100 or 200 I’m not sure, but there are so many that I haven’t made them all for the family yet. I have time to prepare these sweets for them only on weekends, so we have maybe more than a hundred more weekends to spend eating unique, delicious, healthy sweets together.

I can’t live without sweets! Even after my doctor told me that I should avoid them because we have a history of diabetes in the family, I still smuggle some from time to time. I love baking too. My mom is really good at making cakes and pastries and I got that hobby from her. Since I was young, I’ve been helping her out in the kitchen. The Dessert Angel Heavenly Recipe Guide helped me enjoy both my love for baking and my love for sweet food at the same time. This book has got a lot of recipes for sweets that are safe and healthy. I can indulge in as much sweets as I want without worrying about my health. My kids also enjoy the sweets I prepare for them. Some of my favorite recipes from this book are the fat burning brownies and the oh so heavenly chocolate cream pie. Yum! I’ve also lost weight since I shifted to this kind of healthy cooking because I was encouraged to eat healthy regular meals too like veggies and fish. If you’ve got a sweet tooth like I do, this is the only key to start eating healthy.
