Fuss-free, hype-free weight loss system

I got almost the entire 30 lbs. promised within the 8-week period. The best thing is that this weight loss program isn’t as difficult as the other ones that I’ve tried. These are just very simple diet and lifestyle changes. There’s nothing fancy in this program, which is another thing I like about it. It’s very honest. Yes, there will be plateauing, but the program will teach you how to combat that. You will get slower results, but there will still be results, and that’s what’s important. I need to lose a good 20 lbs. more to reach my target, and I’m still sticking to this system for that. I’ve decided to rely completely on this system for my weight loss goals.

The Cruise Control Diet isn’t just a way to lose weight. It’s also a way to be healthy and to have a healthier digestive system. Most diet programs aim for quick weight loss that sacrifice health, and usually leave the body out of balance. The Cruise Control Diet is different from everything else because it will really leave you feeling healthier and happier. Stomach bloating and cramping have also been cured in my case.

I lost 28 lbs. in 2 months because of this program. Now, that’s very fast considering that this program isn’t as restrictive as crash diets. It’s about tricking your body to burn more fat, and not really about cutting down on the food you eat. They’re two different things and the first one is really so much easier. I’ve been struggling to lose weight for ages! I was a fat kid growing up, I was a fat college student, and then a fat graphic artist, and then a fat mom. I felt my health deteriorating so I tried The Cruise Control Diet. It’s been the best decision I’ve made in my life. After losing the first 28 lbs., I felt so energetic and so much in control of my life. I’ve become a lot more positive, and now it’s easier for me to make healthier choices. All the food addictions I once had have been flushed out of my system. I’m really happy to have found The Cruise Control Diet. It’s a great way to get a healthier mind and a healthier body at the same time.


A life saver for me!

This program has been a life saver for me and came right when I needed it. After being the major caretaker for my aging mother, there just wasn't room to take care of myself. After her passing, James Ward and the Cruise Control Diet were my road to success. And so easy! I know that doesn't seem possible, and no one really believes me, but this has been effortless and the results are tremendous. I went to the doctor and did not come out with a clean bill of health but with the help of this healthy wonderful eating and support, I have lowered my blood pressure and cholesterol to healthy limits and my diagnosis of diabetes can be diet managed. And not to mention the weight loss and feeling of energy. Also, the constant "not being full" feelings, going from sweets to salty, the night time eating, have all disappeared. I know this may seem too good to be true, but it's real. Just wish I had been doing this for the last forty years. But it's never to late to look and feel good and be healthy!
