I am so thankful that I found this course!

I thought I’d never recover from social anxiety. I got it when I was in high school, and I had a problem with one of my teachers, and she did something to me in front of the class that really embarrassed me, and I cried for days and wouldn’t go to school. My mom went there and made a scene, which made high school even more of a hell for me. After that my social anxiety got out of control, and I never thought I’d enjoy the company of people again. I am glad that I found this because now, I am getting better and better. I am helping myself because I want to be truly normal and happy and enjoy things that I wasn’t able to enjoy before because of my anxiety. I truly am thankful that I found this course!

I got social anxiety because of being bullied back in high school the cheer squad targeted me and my friend, and we were bullied almost everyday. We were cornered in bathroom stalls, called names, humiliated. She had to undergo therapy because of that, but everyone thought I was stronger because I didn’t go see the doctor. The truth was that I just kept my negative feelings within me. Social Anxiety Survivor changed everything for me. I managed to get rid of the negativities in my head. It wasn’t easy but in just a few months, I was able to socialize again. Not so much, but it was big leap from before. Now, I’m getting more and more normal, and I’m seeing the world in an entirely different light.

I never thought I’d recover and most of my loved ones had little hope too because I’ve had social anxiety for almost 12 years. But Social Anxiety Survivor and my personal drive to get better helped a lot, and now I’m slowly reintroducing myself to society. This guide is definitely uniquely helpful.

It really helped me get over my extreme social anxiety

I’m an only child, and I used to live with only my parents. Since there weren’t any kids in the home while I was growing up, I didn’t get used to them. When I went to school, it was a struggle for me interacting with the other kids. The more anxious I became, the worse they treated me, and the worse they treated me the more anxious I became. It was tough. When I found Social Anxiety Survivor, I finally felt like I had a chance to fit in. It was my only real chance to have a normal social life. I was right about buying this program. Soon the nervous feeling I used to get when meeting new people disappeared. The blushing, profuse sweating, and shaking stopped. For the first time in my life, I belonged to a group. I’m now trying to encourage other quiet people to mingle with others. It’s my way of giving back after I was saved from that life of loneliness.

I got a lot better without turning to meds

I was a victim of bullying back in grade school. I had speech problems then, so most of the other kids made fun of me. As I grew older, the speech problem went away, but not the emotional trauma I got from years of bullying. We moved to a new town with a new crowd, and a lot of good people, but my social anxiety remained. I had problems making friends, and got through middle school and high school with only 2 friends. I also didn’t date anyone. I started dating only in college, but even then, I still avoided big crowds because I felt so anxious. I took meds at that time, but I stopped during the 4th year because it was giving me headaches.

I learned about Social Anxiety Survivor from a colleague. I was new in the office and we were together during training. He noticed the symptoms of social anxiety – excessive sweating, blushing, fidgeting, and a lot others. He politely asked me if I have problems in large crowds, and when I talked to him about my problem, he wrote this down and told me to try it. It turns out his sister had the same problem and was cured without meds. I gave this a month, and I really observed myself. There are a lot of tasks and techniques here for boosting self-esteem and confidence. There are also some steps to take when starting the reintroduction period, so I didn’t get overwhelmed when I was starting to socialize again.

I’ve gotten better since trying out Social Anxiety Survivor. I feel perfectly normal now, but I’m still a little bit shy when I meet new people, but I don’t palpitate, sweat, or blackout anymore.

I managed to overcome my social anxiety with ease

I developed social anxiety when I was really young. My mom would often go socializing with me back then, and the sight of so many people I didn’t know kind of traumatized me. I don’t know if it’s inborn or if it’s because of that. My dad’s a pretty shy guy too but my mom’s very outgoing. That must have confused me a lot. It got worse when I went to high school, and I’ve been frequently targeted by bullies because I’m too quiet and didn’t have friends. My mom was my only friend then. When I got to middle school, I met few friends, and started socializing a little more, but my social anxiety was still there. It was still a struggle meeting new people and talking to other people around me. There were times when I used some drugs to calm me down before an interview or a presentation, but I wanted to end everything.

Social Anxiety Survivor is the answer to my prayers. I’ve long been looking for a natural way to permanently cure my anxiety, and this is what came along. I’m glad I gave it a chance. I worked hard on following everything in the guide and in just a month, I already felt more at ease around people. It’s been 3 months now and I’m doing really good. I can present in front of a crowd now without having to take meds. I’ve also gotten into a new sport, tennis, and I go out with colleagues during weekends. My life has really changed because of Social Anxiety Survivor. I feel blessed for finding it.
