Helps me shed fat and build muscles

I did not really get a buff body in 12 weeks, but my body definitely looks so much better now than it did before. I was surprised when I saw the difference in photos after just the first month. By the 3rd month, I was a completely different person. I am now on a different program to give my body time to recover, and then I will do another round of this.

I didn’t achieve my dream body after 12 weeks in this program, but I got significant results. It’s really different when you’re following a specific program. It really has great effects on your body and your motivation. I’ll be resting for 2 weeks and then I’ll be giving this another round.

I almost couldn’t believe it when I saw the differences this made to my body after 12 weeks. I’ve been working out in the gym before, going for some cardio and some weight lifting but I didn’t see much improvement in my body. I thought I was a hopeless case but this changed everything. I look 10 years younger now and so much better than before

I was really skinny back in high school, so when I was in college I did everything I could to gain weight. I did gain some weight but it became uncontrollable over the years. I got overweight, and I was at the brink of obesity for quite some time. Good thing I found Ripped In 12 Weeks before it was too late. I wouldn’t really say that my body is perfect now, but I look so much better. I’ve lost most of the fat I’ve been keeping for years and I’ve also gained so much energy. My first week on this program, I felt so energetic I could almost wrestle a bear! Well, not really but you get the idea. This is what healthy weight loss is like. I used to think that quick weight loss isn’t healthy but this proved me wrong.

I just finished this 12-week program. I graduated from it last week. This is the best I’ve ever looked! I’m 34 and looking better than I used to when I was in my 20s. I’ve never been obese, just slightly overweight. After going to the gym for a few months, I managed to lose a bit of weight, but my body was still far from the ripped supermodel body I’ve always wanted to have. Ripped In 12 Weeks helped me lose fat and build muscles at the same time. I’m also glad I didn’t have to pay the trainer to get this kind of body. in fact, I got better results within this 12-week period than other guys in the gym did with their trainer. They kept asking me for my secret, but I don’t want to ruin it all for the trainers.

This is the best book which I come across.  I have read many ebooks on body building, but this one put my perspective right, let me know my mistakes clearly.
