I have lost so much weight through Rapid Weight Loss By The Numbers, and it didn’t even feel like dieting for me. It’s a unique approach to weight loss. I’ve never seen anything work like it does. It did seem weird at first, but after some time of using the program, I started enjoying it. The thing about Rapid Weight Loss By The Numbers is that it’s got a unique approach that you will enjoy. You simply have to follow the guideline here, and eat according to the plan that’s right for you and then wait for the results. I also did some exercising while I was on the program. I jogged every morning, and danced whenever possible. I also tried yoga and other kinds of exercises to break the routine. I’ve lost almost 20 lbs. in 3 weeks of using Rapid Weight Loss By The Numbers programs. That’s the most I’ve lost in 3 weeks! This is really fast for me. It could be faster for people with no metabolic problems. My metabolism is naturally slow, so I need fast acting programs like this one, so I can see results before I lose my motivation. The challenge for me now is maintaining my results. I don’t know yet how well this will do when it comes to maintenance, but for now, I’m happy with this program. I just hope it fights plateau too.

I’ve dropped almost 30lbs. in just a month. Although I like the fact that I’m 30lbs. lighter now, I look older because the weight loss is so fast =(. I’d recommend this if you’re really in a hurry to lose weight, but you should be ready for the aftermath because you will look like a dried up prune after losing weight that fast. I’m working on regaining my healthy look as I’ve already gotten to my desired weight. There are no harmful procedures here or pills to use. It’s just the fast drop in weight that made me look sick. That’s unavoidable if you’re looking for rapid weight loss.

This is different from all other weight loss programs I’ve tried. The approach here is simple, and it does not make me feel as deprived as other weight loss programs do. I didn’t know that I was doing so many things wrong the whole time. I was on different diet programs, and I just kept jumping from one to the other because I don’t see the results that I want. When I tried Rapid Weight Loss By The Numbers, I was able to see results before I lost my burning motivation, so I was able to keep going at it. Having a solid weight loss plan is definitely better than just cutting down your food intake and exercising. This is it for me.

I lost almost 20 lbs. in 3 weeks of using Rapid Weight Loss By The Numbers. The program is unique because it’s all natural. No artificial supplement was endorsed here. I thought it was gonna be slow because of it being all natural, but I was wrong. It’s the fastest diet program I’ve tried. It also taps into the mind for some psychological boost to your weight loss.

The only result I didn’t like that I got from here is that my face shrunk like a prune. The weight loss was so fast, that my skin wasn’t able to catch up or it could have dehydrated me a little bit too. I feel healthier because I’m more energized, but I look a little tired because of all the weight I lost and my skin being a little bit loose. I hope my skin recovers right away. For the meantime, I’m sticking to the diet program hoping to lose 10-15 more pounds.

The easy program they’re talking about in Rapid Weight Loss By The Numbers is really an easy program. I haven’t been able to stick to one diet program for more than 2 weeks but with this one, I’ve lasted for 5 months. I’ve already lost considerable weight and a 6 inches off my waistline, and I don’t feel like I’m dieting. I’ve lost that much weight with minimal exercise too. I’m not sure if it’s required, but I just do it to be healthy and toned. I’ve seen other people who lose weight without exercising, and I don’t like the way their excess skins hang all over their bodies, and they usually look sickly too. With Rapid Weight Loss By The Numbers, I lost weight quickly without looking like a husk. The bonuses that come with this book are also excellent. I like them a lot. I’m hoping I could stay in this program for as long as I need to!

You get to eat real food, only in certain combinations and portions. It’s really a very simple way to lose weight. How much you lose is up to you because your discipline and your personal metabolism. My worst problem about losing weight is that I also gain weight back so easily. I’ve tried many diet, exercise, and weight loss programs, but when I stop doing them, I gain back all the weight I’ve lost, sometimes more, so I’d have to jump to another fitness program again. I just tried it because I’ve already bought it. Surprisingly, just a few weeks after following what the program says to do, I saw changes in my body. It’s not like you’re gonna lose weight overnight. You’re gonna see improvements slowly day by day. For me, other people started commenting on my weight loss about 2-3 months after I started on the program. I like this weight loss program because it doesn’t require me to buy expensive food and all that. I can just eat normal food but in certain portions. There’s no elaborate diet plan involved. It’s just a simple how to eat right manual that eventually leads to weight loss. There are no supplements needed, no heavy workout, there really is nothing complicated. The effects are also awesome, for very little work, I lost 35lbs in just a month, and that’s just by playing around with food and jogging in the morning. My pants are really loose now. In fact, I had to buy new ones because my old ones have become baggy. It just feels great seeing my body shrink so quickly. I also feel healthier not just because I’m lighter, but the foods I’m eating are also probably having some awesome effects on my hormones.

Whoever said that rapid weight loss is unhealthy clearly hasn’t tried this program. I’m not really obese, just overweight. It was difficult for me to lose the excess weight because I’ve had them since I was a kid. I really thought there was no way for me to lose all those flabs. I tried many diets and exercises, but they take so long to work, and that just kills my motivation. I’ve also tried quick fixes like diet pills from Thailand, teas from China, creams from God knows where, and  lot more, but I just regain my weight after being off the product, or they don’t work at all. I gave this a try just a few months ago, and now I’ve already lost 30 lbs. I just need to lose 5 lbs. more to get the weight that I want. I just have to workout a little bit to tone up my muscles and tighten the skin. There’s still plenty of work to be done, but the head start I got from Rapid Weight Loss By The Numbers is awesome!

I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw that I lost more than 30lbs. the first month on this program. I thought it wasn’t real I had to check in another scale if it’s true. The program is very simple. I lost 27 lbs. in a month! I got crazy when I checked the scale this morning after a month of being on this program. I even called friends from different states just to tell them about this book and my progress! I randomly tried this program when I decided to lose weight for a friend’s wedding in January. I didn’t know the results would be so quick. All that’s left to do now is to tone up a bit. I don’t want to lose any more weight because I was just targeting to lose 25 lbs., but that extra 2lbs. will serve as my cushion. I read from the reviews that this weight loss is permanent with just a little maintenance, so I guess I’ll just go get toned, and I’ll be sexy my entire life. Woot!

This is a very impressive program for people who want safe, quick, and effective weight loss. I needed to prepare for my sister’s wedding, so I really targeted to lose 20 pounds in just a month. People around me were surprised to see me losing weight at such a rapid pace. They thought I was using some illegal drugs or something. I lost 23 pounds in a month using this program, and that’s without starving myself. I was 245 pounds almost a year ago. I was a chubby girl since high school, but the weight was manageable.  I gained weight after starting an online business that required me to be in front of the computer for as long as possible. Once while walking home with my roommate, I felt a horrible pain in my back and hips. I had to drag myself, while she assisted me with all her strength. I went to the doctor after that, and she told me that I need to lose weight because it’s starting to strain my back.

I got this eBook because I did not want to experiment with myself. Our family has a long list of diseases, and I didn’t want to make my situation any worse. With the help of this guide, I lost 32 pounds during my first month. It requires determination, but in my case, it wasn’t that difficult since I really wanted the change.
