Jim did a great job in putting together this unique approach to weight loss. I really lost a lot of weight through his neuro-linguistic programming technique, and it seems like I was able to lose all of those weight without having to exert too much effort. My weight loss journey has been fantastic because of this guide, so I definitely recommend this to everyone. Often, it’s not you who has a problem but the weight loss system that you are using.

This is the only weight loss course that worked for me. It’s so simple, but the effects are much better than more complicated ones from more popular fitness personalities because this works in the mind. It’s sweet! Lost 35 lbs because of this. Amazing!

I’d say Program Yourself Thin is an amazing way to lose weight! Surprisingly, I lost so much weight because of this program even if the methods are fairly simple. They’re mostly based on psychology. So if your problem is more of your self-control, then this should be perfect. The best thing about this is that since it works in the mind, it’s highly sustainable. You really get to do stick with the healthy lifestyle that’s essential to weight loss. After years of yo-yoing, I finally found a way to lose weight and keep it off. Love this and I highly recommend it!

I tried juice fasting but when I got back to my regular eating habits, the weight also came back. I was feeling so hopeless because a lot of people attest to the effectiveness of juice fasting. And then my brother told me about Program Yourself Thin. I was shocked when he said he tried an Internet program because my brother isn’t really into these things. I was intrigued, so I thought, why not. Surprisingly, Program Yourself Thin really helped me lose A LOT of weight, and it’s effortless, coz you’re gonna work on your head, on your brain so you don’t really feel like you’re trying to lose weight at all. I think this is hands down the best way to lose weight.

Now I believe that weight loss starts in the mind. I was shocked when I saw this technique for weight loss because I’ve never seen something so different, but then it also works better than others so I think I’ll be sticking to this for quite some time.

It can boost weight loss results

Whether or not this program will work for you depends on many factors. I think this is effective for me because I have a lot of psychological issues. I suffer from emotional eating. I’ve had this problem for almost 5 years, after my divorce. I’ve been pretty messed up for the past few years and that’s what caused excessive and rapid weight gain. I was more than 200 lbs. and  feeling hopeless when I found this program. I’ve always been aware that my weight gain has psychological triggers and I’ve been looking for this program for so long. I’ve tried several similar programs, and solo hypnosis audios, but they all failed. This one covers everything, and the program is very strategies. By the first month, I lost almost 15 lbs, so I was really motivated to continue with this. I’ve already lost almost 60 lbs. since getting started with this weight loss strategy.

However, this may not be for everyone, as I’ve previously mentioned. For those whose problems are more physical than psychological like a slow metabolism, thyroid problems, and other conditions like that, this may not be the best program for you. Also, if you just need a workout or weight loss program, this isn’t for you.

I forgot to mention above that this isn’t my only weight loss program. I’m using this along with a workout program from JNL. I also found that program on this site. You can go browse for it here.

I've never liked myself more

My primary weight loss problem is food craving. I think I had food addiction before. Program Yourself Thin helped me get rid of my constant craving for food, especially unhealthy ones. I’ve learned to eat only healthy stuff now. I’ve gotten rid of my bad health habits, I cook my own food, and I workout regularly now. My whole life has changed because of Program Yourself Thin, and I’ve never liked myself more.

No more self-control issues for me

What I like most about Program Yourself Thin is that it addresses all of my discipline issues. I overeat, in fact, the entire family does. My husband is a cook in a restaurant, and he usually cooks gourmet food for us. He sometimes takes home food from the restaurant for us to eat at dinner time, and that caused me to balloon to more than 200 lbs. after just a few years of marriage. Program Yourself Thin helped me get rid of the cravings and the unimaginably huge appetite. Dieting became effortless, and I’ve also started exercising. It’s like I got a better hold of myself, and now I already know what I want, clearly. The hubby’s been very cooperative too. I’ve already lost more than 30 lbs since getting started with this program. I think if you’ve tried to lose weight many times, but failed, this is what you need.

Losing weight gracefully

When I couldn’t get results from ordinary slimming programs, I thought that it might be because of the way I think. I’ve got discipline issues. Even if I really want to lose weight so badly, my discipline issues always hold me back. With the help of Program Yourself Thin, I was able to condition my brain into thinking that losing weight is the most important thing for me. It wasn’t instant but it’s still better than nothing. I had to work hard on brain conditioning for about a month or 2 before finally seeing results. The thing is that it’s all been worth it in the end. I don’t have to worry about food cravings now. In fact, I’ve gotten into healthy eating, and I couldn’t be happier. This is the best decision I’ve ever made because now, I’m losing weight with 0 effort.

Program Yourself Thin helped me lose 30lbs. effortlessly, and a loooot of inches of course! This is so easy because you get rid of the major roadblock which is your mind. Once you condition your mind for weight loss, everything else will be a piece of cake, dieting, working out they will all just come naturally to you. Like you don’t need to force yourself or anything.

I think my weight issue really stemmed from psychological issues, most probably stress. I started gaining weight when I got into college. The stress of studying and working at the same time must have driven me crazy. Another thing was that I worked for a small pastry shop, where I was allowed to munch on the leftovers almost everyday. It started my downfall into the dark world of fatness. When I realized that I’ve gained so much weight, I got even more stressed, which lead to a lot more weight gain. Oh well. And then I started dieting and exercising on and off and the thought of trying to lose weight stressed me out and it led to weight gain of course. And then Program Yourself Thin came along, and it’s my savior! The weight loss from this program is quite slow, unlike in crash diets, but it’s working better and it also makes me feel better about myself. I don’t feel deprived or unfortunate anymore even if I have to struggle to lose weight.

Dieting became a piece of cake

This is a great program for those with emotional eating disorders. I had that problem before, but this helped me get better. It wasn’t so easy at first, but this has really been so helpful.

It started when I was in high school, I gained some weight and was teased by other cheerleader “friends” about getting bigger, and being kicked out of the group, and those other things that traumatized me. I went on a really bad crash diet after. I was on a soup only diet for quite some time. My mom tried to stop me, but I told her I ate real food in school because I don’t get to prepare soup there, and she believed me, but the truth is that I ate a single cracker in school back then. My weight dropped quickly. In college, I got too stressed out I couldn’t keep to a low calorie diet anymore. Too much eating, lack of exercise, and emotional roller coaster rides caused me to balloon to more than 200lbs in just a year.

After trying many diet and workout programs, and not getting any results, I gave Program Yourself Thin a chance. It was still a struggle in the beginning, which is something you should already expect if you want to get into this program. You will feel mental changes in about a month. It’s actual gradual change, but once you successfully change your mindset, dieting will be a piece of cake.

Program Yourself Thin uses a different approach to help you lose those stubborn pounds. It “reprograms” your mind to help you develop that “I can lose these fats” mindset. That’s where most diet programs fail. They give you scientific weight loss programs that only deal with your physical body, they don’t do much for your mind. That’s when you end up losing your motivation when you don’t get the results you’re expecting, or when you just suddenly don’t feel like dieting anymore. Program Yourself Thin will change your mindset and help you love dieting. Instead of hating every minute of it, and feeling sorry for yourself, you will learn to appreciate the act of dieting itself, and not just the results. I’ve tried almost every workout and diet program there is both online and offline, but I always lose the motivation no matter how great the results I’m seeing. It took me years to finally figure out that the problem isn’t in my body, but in my mind. It was difficult accepting that at first, but after a short talk with my mom about another failed exercise program. She told me that she thinks it’s not the programs anymore that have problems, but me. That woke me up, and I started looking for an alternative way to lose weight. I read about hypnosis, and then purchased this resource. When I first got this on my PC I was confused where to start because there are so many components. I think it would have been better if they made the system more organized. But anyway, this system has been effective for me, so I guess I shouldn’t really be complaining much. I have lost 35lbs. since I got started on this hypnosis alone. No special diets and exercise routines yet. I’ll be incorporating them in a few months.
