Works so fast

Pre Party Pump Workouts work so fast! I’ve bulked up in just 2 weeks because of it. But you gotta go easy on this too because I think bulking up this quick isn’t so healthy. I think you’re supposed to add some mass bit by bit too.

This program has a weird concept behind it, and that wasn’t what I was after. I did like the idea of not having to spend hours in the gym working out, so I tried this. This is just a very simple, practical program that you can do without any assistance. There are 12 workouts here that are all shorter than the workouts my former trainer made me do, so they’re better. I am working a fulltime job and a part-time job at the same time, so I don’t have time for lengthy workouts. As for its effectiveness, I can see that I’m getting the same results from my longer workout. I actually stopped working out for about 4 months, but through this, I got my body back into shape. The idea here is to get the most results in as little time as possible. It’s like women crash dieting for that big party or a wedding. This is the male version of that. Some maintenance is needed if you want to keep your “pump’’ but right now, I’m just doing the workouts 2-3 times a day, and I’m keeping my buff body.
