Perfect for everyone

I think this is perfect for both hard-gainers and average gainers alike. I’ve been into this program for only about 3 months, but it’s been going great for me. I’ve build awesome arm muscles and my abs are also beginning to show. I also showed my friend, who’s a trainer, this program, and he said it’s brilliant. He will be using some parts of the program for his clients, and he told me to just keep going. He said I can expect fully developed arms and abs after 6 months of using this. I really can’t wait for that!

I’ve always wanted to build muscles, but didn’t have much time for it. I’m naturally thin since I was in high school, so I knew that it would require too much work. Also, I didn’t want to take steroids and other weird supplements that might hit my health. I wanted to look good, but didn’t want to sacrifice my health for it! My friend who’s been into building muscles told me about this innovative program by Vince Del Monte. He said his buddies at the gym were all impressed with Vince’s system. I used it without a trainer’s supervision, and in the first 2 weeks, I already started seeing results. After 3 months in the program, I look like I’m a different person! Even my mom didn’t recognize me! I’m still trying to add a few more inches of muscle, since I’m a tall guy, and I want to balance it out. After that, it’s just gonna be maintenance.

Put on 1/2 inch on my biceps

I had been working out for a 12 month period prior to Vince's program with very little results. I thought I was working hard but I only put on about 1/4 inch to my bicep in a year. I had been a marathoner, usually a skeptic, but for some reason told myself this is possible and I can do this.

After just 8 weeks, I have put on 1/2 inch on my biceps, 1.75 inches on thighs, 1.5 inches on chest, 1.75 inches on chest, 0.5 inches on calves. I feel more confident and I've gone from 168 lbs to 186 lbs - 18 lbs so far and it's only been 10 weeks!

Ex-skinny runway model

"I felt like I had never worked out before"
