Good, but a real trainer's still better

The growth was a little less than what I was led to expect but it’s still one of the most remarkable I’ve seen from the Internet. I still prefer working with a real trainer but I understand that a lot of people here aren’t willing to shell out that much money for that. And some also don’t like having to adjust to somebody else’s schedule. If you’re like that then try this program, and don’t bother with others on the Internet. I’ve downloaded two others that I presented to my trainer and he said those can cause muscle imbalances or something like that. I showed my trainer this too and he approved of it. I used this for 2 months when my trainer was out on a competition. I think I expected too much because of my trainer.

This is probably the simplest workout program out there that produces fast results. I’ve been doing the workout for only a month, and my body’s improved a lot especially in the arm and chest area. I’ve already packed some muscle there, and I’m getting a lot of compliments now, something I didn’t get from my past programs.

My long search for an effective muscle program ends here! I’ve just been on this for about 3 months, and my arm muscles are already exploding. I’m focusing on my arms now, but I’ll go ahead with the other parts of my body soon. I was stick thin before I found this program from Dan, and look at me now! I’m about to achieve the kind of body I’ve always wanted. Dan’s really done a great job here. Even gym trainers cannot come close to this. I’ve trained with several trainers in 2 gyms, but didn’t get the results I got from this. The best thing about this is that Dan did his best to make the program entertaining. He’s packed illustrations and videos in it – practically everything you need to have an easy workout program without having an actual trainer assist you. It’s really an awesome program. Trust me on that!
