One of my favorite ways to use the Clubbell
posted this review on April 15, 2014

Some people are probably getting the idea that this is the only way to use the clubbell. That’s not true. There are so many other clubbell programs, but if you’re looking for a relaxing way to use this equipment, then you’ve come to the right place. I like the clubbell better than dumbbells or kettlebells, so I have quite a good collection of clubbell programs, and this is among my favorites, especially when my body is feeling tired and sore. This just comes to the rescue and makes me feel a lot better.

My altertnative to yoga

I use a variety of training programs depending on my mood. I realized that the thing that could keep me training is variety. I need variety so I won’t get bored and I need different workout programs for different moods. I use Clubbell Flow Evolution when I’m feeling beat. This is being marketed as a man’s workout program, but it’s also perfect for women. You just need lighter clubs. I use this program when I’m  PMS-ing and I’m out of energy but I still want to workout. It’s tough getting back when you skip a few days of workout. Clubbell Flow Evolution lets me strengthen my body as I relax. Yeah, it’s like yoga with weights. You can really feel the clouds in your hear leaving. I do yoga too sometimes, but I prefer Clubbel because they have the same effect, but this one works great for muscle toning too. I feel like I get more benefits from this program than from doing yoga alone.

This is different from all other workout programs I've tried

Clubbell Flow Evolution is so different from other workout programs. I’ve been diagnosed with high blood pressure a few months ago, and my doctor advised me to get fit and have a relaxing activity. I was also given a lot of maintenance meds to prevent blood pressure spikes. I got both of the two things I needed to have from Clubbell Flow Evolution. There is a peaceful park near my home, and that’s where I do these routines very early in the morning. I’ve tried working out in the gym before in my younger days, so I had to adjust a bit to make this program work for me. After about two weeks on the program, I got really hooked. Now, I can’t go a single day without Clubbell. Even when I’m busy, I need to do this even for just a few minutes a day. It really relaxes me, and it squeezes all the stress out of my body. This isn’t just good for the body, it’s a lot better for the mind. If you need to get fit to combat a certain illness, Clubbell Flow will be perfect for you.

Like masculine yoga
Mark Geyser (from Cockeysville, USA) posted this review on July 22, 2013

I’ve always been on the lookout for a fitness program that works for both the body and the mind. In short, something that would relieve stress as it improves fitness. I tried yoga before, but it wasn’t for me. I find it too feminine, and never in a million years would I wear yoga pants. Clubbell Flow Evolution gave me exactly what I wanted. It’s a masculine yoga for me. I get to tone up my body while relieving stress at the same time. This isn’t a program for getting Stallone-ish muscles, but you will get healthy enough and hot enough using the program. I’ve also never seen Clubbells before, and I thought it was really cool using new workout equipment. As for the mental factor here, it does make me feel better. It improves my mood better than usual workout programs, and it also definitely made me so much fitter. The only thing I don’t like about this is the price, and yeah another one is that it lacks follow-up like a second program for more advanced Clubbell Flow enthusiasts. No matter how good a workout program is, you’re bound to suffer from burnout if you don’t get new programs or exercises from time to time. I really think the creator should come up with  follow up system.

Finding my current abilities is a lot of fun...

I feel like I am reconnecting the toes to the fingertips in a way I have not done since the last time I was in a half pipe on a skateboard about 20 years ago. It’s tough being 44, the proverbial lost step is not fiction. Finding my current abilities is a lot of fun though, and this program (Clubbell Flow Evolution), of all Shane's programs, I have them all, is really helping me find out what I can do and what I need to be mindful of.
